Services offered include but are not limited to the following:

SKILLED NURSING

Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse; assessment/observation, teaching/training, wound care, IV/ Infusion therapy, Venipuncture, Long Term assessment, Insurance Assessments, Obstetric nursing, and a variety of other nursing related skills.

PEDIATRIC NURSING

RN's and LPN's with pediatric training to care for infants with special health needs, i.e., phototherapy, heel sticks, assessments, etc.

PSYCHIATRIC NURSING

Nurses specially trained in the field of psychiatry. Services available in limited areas.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Assessment, treatment, education, training for strength, ambulation, pain reduction/management, balance disorders, safety, home modifications, flexibility, endurance, transfers, bed mobility, prosthetic training, wound care.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Assessment, education and training for activities of daily living to help individuals return to independent living.

SPEECH THERAPY

Assessment, and treatment of swallowing disorders, expressive language, receptive language, comprehension and cognitive linguistic skills.

MEDICAL SOCIAL WORK

Assess social and emotional factors that interfere with patient/family's adjustment to illness. Psychosocial assessment of social, economic, environmental and emotional factors related to the patient's illness. Counseling for long range planning and decision-making. Assist in arrangement for placement in new environment. Education/referrals regarding options for community resources. Assist in locating and obtaining financial resources.

CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE SERVICES/Personal Care Services

Assistance with personal care, ADLs(Activities of Daily Living) IADLs, ambulation and range motion of exercises; maintains safe environment, medication reminders, perineal or catheter care, other services include personal care (bathing, toileting and dressing), homemaking tasks (cooking, cleaning and laundry), errands and maintenance of a safe home environment. Certified Home Health Aide works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and is licensed by the state to perform personal care.

HOMEMAKER/COMPANION

Services include homemaking tasks (cooking, cleaning and laundry), errands and maintenance of a safe home environment. Homemaker/Companion works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
